Where your signature folder is depends on your version of windows and what your user name is, (the name you use to sign in to windows when you start your computer.)
You sign on to your computer as "Fredd"
Your signature folder is likely to be:
My documents \ Fredd \ application data \ Microsoft \ signatures But it might be something like:
C: \ Documents and Settings \ Fredd \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Signatures
Once you've saved the attachments in your Signatures folder
Then go into Outlook Click [Tools] and select options
On the Mail format tab:
Compose message format needs setting to HTML
Then you can select your signature...
Now when you click new mail you will see your email letterhead.
You can edit it and write your personal signature between the header and footer images:
Remember it's just 2 pictures, you can move them around and delete them etc.
